two weeks later...

I am so sorry for never blogging again! Life has been extremely stressful....junior of high school is was brutal! Today was my last day, so I guess I am technically a senior? It still hasn't hit me that this is my final year before I leave for college. So, as summer begins, my blog can now take the front seat in my life! Unfortunately, I don't have the money that I want to spend on makeup, so I don't get the opportunity to get makeup all that often. Extremely upsetting, if you ask me!

So, I've been spending the day gazing at essie nail polishes on amazon and ebay. I have a gift card from Christmas that I am just dying to spend on makeup and nail polish, but I really should be spending it on school books. Right now, I'm really into this light green shade, called Mint Candy Apple.

I wish nail polish wasn't so expensive! At around eight dollars a bottle, it is really not worth spending my money on...but it's getting to the point where I really, really want new nail polish so I might just cave!

I'm not technically new to the whole blogging scene - I've been a faithful blog reader for some time now, but I've never made a successful blog myself. This doesn't make sense, because I love to write and meet new people! Anyways, hi there - my name is Nicole and I'm seventeen years old. I'm a soon-to-be senior at a small high school in a small town in Massachusetts. Although I love my small town, I would love to live in a big city!

Enough about myself, at least for the moment! The point of this blog is to talk about fashion and makeup, mostly. I'm a complete newbie with makeup, so any and all help is appreciated! It doesn't help that I'm the palest of the pale and cannot pull of any makeup! I'd like to say I'm at least a little more knowledgeable on fashion.
